Why?

We invite school directors, assistant directors along with the spiritual leaders of all levels of Christian schools to participate. We believe that this event will serve our Christian school leaders in their professional and spiritual development, and will reenergize them in their God-given mission of reaching and teaching the next generation for Christ.

Speakers:

Anna-Marie Russell

Anna-Marie serves as South African Director for ACSI  Southern Africa, she holds an M Ed (Cum Laude) in Educational Leadership from the University of Johannesburg. She has a diploma in Gifted Child Education, is a qualified Lay Counsellor and a registered assessor with the Education Training and Development Practises Skills Education and Training Authorities in her country. Anna-Marie is a trained and qualified Music teacher. English and Biblical Studies are her other major subjects.

Anna-Marie is married to Alan and they have 2 daughters, a son in law and a beautiful grand - daughter. All 3 the children are teachers at ACSI schools in Johannesburg.

In her position at ACSI she deals with government, provinces and other role-players in education in South Africa, focusing on legislation, curriculum matters and policy in education. Anna-Marie serves as on some Task Teams National Alliance of Independent School Associations (NAISA) and thus liaises with the National Department of Education in South Africa regularly on a variety of educational matters. She interacts with the Provincial Departments of Education, particularly on legislative matters. Anna-Marie is intrinsically involved in Quality Assurance processes on a national basis and internationally, particularly with regards to ACSI International Accreditation.

 Her passion and determination for excellence in Christian Education in South Africa is the motivation behind everything she does.

Estuardo Salazar Gini, M.Ed.

Continental Director for ACSI Latin America since 1990, responsible to provide strategic leadership to the team who produces and offers resources, programs and services to Christian schools and educators in Mexico, Central, South America and the Caribbean.  Honorary pastor of El Camino Bible Church in Guatemala City.  Undergraduate degree in Theology, Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Regent University (in Virginia, USA) and completing a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Paul University in Guatemala City.  Happily married for 33 years with Mrs. Sheny Salazar who also serves at ACSI as Associate Director and with two children who also serve in the ministry of Christian school education.
