Conferences and Events for School Leaders
ACSI events are designed to meet the needs of leaders of national Christian schools in the Europe region. Leaders of international schools are also welcome to attend. Conferences provide unique opportunities for networking, professional growth and spiritual encouragement for school administrators, spiritual life directors, department chairs, members of the board and others engaged in Christian school leadership.
The International Educational Leadership Conference (IELC) is an annual event that serves Christian school leaders and their teams from more than 20 countries each year in early March.

Our answer defines what we believe our profession is about and frames the way we teach and how our students learn. At IELC 2026, school leaders from across Europe participated in a short survey designed to explore a simple but important question: How closely do our daily practices reflect the Christian mission we profess? The responses provided a valuable snapshot of the current reality in many European Christian schools. Several clear themes emerged that are worth continued reflection and demand that we work together to strengthen our schools and their impact across our region.
