(Note: The conference begins on Saturday this year!)
At the very beginning of All Saints holidays, do not miss this opportunity to meet brothers and sisters sharing the same vision and often the same responsibilities as you in the field of Christian education! It is also a time apart to relax in fraternal communion around a theme that touches you closely, with heart to heart sharing.
Develop the strengths and capabilities of your team every day.
Link in businesses and in sports, the concept of teamwork is essential for the Christian school. A positive dynamic has the extraordinary potential to leverage the individual capabilities of its members. However, the functioning of a team also presents challenges. We each need wisdom and discernment with the help of The Word of God and the example of Christ to manage our teams well.

Here we explore one of the most pressing issues facing Christian schools today: how we understand and communicate identity and purpose. Our role as school leaders is to help students discover who they are and why they are here, according to God’s Word, and to ensure that our school culture and curriculum reflect this foundational truth.
We live in a universe crafted by the Word of God. This foundation invites us to view education not as man’s attempt to impose meaning, but as an invitation to uncover the meaning already embedded in creation—Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.
