International Summer Institute, August 15-19, 2016

REGISTER HERE BY JUNE 30 

The Summer Institute training will be in English. (Groups may bring a translator with them.)

The courses are 30 instructional hours (6 hours per day, from 9:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m.). The method of instruction is interactive and project based. Individual and cooperative learning activities are included. The outcome of the course is a project- based- unit which is applicable for the school. Please bring a laptop with you, as coursework and course materials will require using a computer.

  2. What Teaching Methods did Jesus Use?
  3. Framework for 21st Century Learning
  4. Developing Learning and Innovation Skills (Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity)
  5. Comparing/Contrasting 20th and 21st Century Education Paradigms
  6. Daggett’s Application Model
  7. Enhancing Your 21st Century Classroom Practices
    (Blended Learning, Digital Classroom, Debate, Cooperative Learning, Formative Assessment, Bloom’s Mastery Learning and Taxonomy, Project Based Learning)
  8. Developing a PBL Unit
