Link in businesses and in sports, the concept of teamwork is essential for the Christian school. A positive dynamic has the extraordinary potential to leverage the individual capabilities of its members. However, the functioning of a team also presents challenges. We each need wisdom and discernment with the help of The Word of God and the example of Christ to manage our teams well.

Speaker

Ms. Véronique Haberey holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Education, a Master in Management of Health and Social Organizations, and a university degree in Theology. Professor and researcher in the sociology of professions for several years, she borrows from these different disciplines to study the dynamics of teams, provide avenues for reflection and promote their human and spiritual building.
