Help Launch the First Student Leadership Conference in the UK

Equip the next generation to lead with truth and courage.

Every year, students across Europe come to the Student Leadership Conference (SLC) searching for something deeper: truth, purpose, and the courage to live for Christ.

And every year, God meets them.

“Worship and main sessions helped me see truth as something to live, not just know.”

Now, for the first time, we are preparing to bring this experience to the United Kingdom.

But we cannot do it without you.

A Week That Changes Lives

At SLC, students don’t just attend sessions—they encounter truth, build community, and begin to lead.

In 2025 alone:

  • 410 students participated over 2 weeks
  • 47 schools were represented in hand-picked student leadership teams
  • Dozens of nations connected in Christ-centered leadership training, relationship building and strategic planning activities

Students consistently describe:

  • deeper faith
  • new courage
  • a clearer sense of calling

“This week helped me see how real truth applies in daily life.”

“Meeting people from other countries made me feel part of a larger family in Christ.” For many, this is a turning point.

The Need

Not every student who should attend SLC can afford to come.

And launching a new conference in the UK requires:

  • upfront event costs
  • scholarships for students
  • support for schools with limited resources

Without funding, students will miss this opportunity.

The Opportunity

You can help bring a student into a life-changing experience of:

  • biblical truth
  • spiritual growth
  • Christ-centered leadership

“I began to understand people more deeply and saw how faith connects us.”

What Your Gift Does

Every gift directly impacts students who will return to their schools ready to lead.

Why This Matters Now

For more than 25 years, SLC has equipped thousands of students to live out their faith.

  • Nearly 6,000 students impacted over time
  • A growing demand across Europe
  • A new opportunity to reach students in the UK

This is not just another event. This is the multiplication of leadership rooted in God’s truth.

A Growing Movement

Students leave SLC with:

  • confidence to lead
  • conviction rooted in Scripture
  • connection to a wider Christian community

Students report “greater confidence to lead and serve in their schools.” And they carry that back into:

  • their schools
  • their churches
  • their future vocations

Pray

Intercede for the students, teachers, and organizers preparing for this event. Pray that God would go before SLC UK 2026 just as He went before Joshua — and that every student who attends would leave stronger, more courageous, and more certain of their calling.

Flourishing Communities: A Restorative Approach

Restorative practices provide a framework for addressing both individual behavioral challenges and interpersonal conflict, but it is even more than that. “The restorative approach is a way of being with others, a relational approach to prevention and intervention”

March 2026 Highlights

In early March, Christian school leaders from across Europe and beyond gathered in Budapest for the International Educational Leadership Conference (IELC 2026) under the theme “On Mission, On Guard.” Over 3 days of learning, prayer, and deep conversation, participants were encouraged not only to lead well today but to endure faithfully in the long-term calling of Christian education.

Insights from Christian School Leaders - part 3

Moving beyond insight toward implementation, this article highlights how intentional systems and collaborative tools such as CSIP can help leadership teams translate mission vision into consistent practice and long-term school improvement.

Framing Our Teaching with a Biblical Worldview

What is education for?  For educators, there is perhaps no more important question than this one.  Our answer defines what we believe our profession is about and frames the way we teach and how our students learn.  For Christian educators, our understanding of the purpose of education needs to be framed by a Biblical worldview.
