Our Russian language site is now open!

We are thankful for the work of our former ACSI office in Kiev for helping to make this a reality. There are now over 200 articles available to Russian speaking teachers on our Europe website.

МАХШ Европе. Укрепление христианской школьного сообщества ... Оснащение христианских учителей

As ACSI is constantly evaluating the use of its resources, the decision was made to close the Kiev office at the end of September 2015. This means that the Europe office in Budapest will do its best to serve those Christian schools and Christian teachers in Ukraine and the former CIS countries. It is a privilege to be able to serve these schools and we are very grateful to the Kiev office, which has served them faithfully for nearly 20 years! ACSI Europe can now offer the same services to them as our European member schools including the following:

  • Leadership conferences - these now take place in Hungary, Romania, France and Poland. The Polish conference has also served our Czech and Slovak schools and is most likely to benefit the Russian speaking audience, whose language has the same root. This conference already utilizes translation in 2 or 3 languages, depending on the presenter.
  • Teacher training events and conferences - these are available to any teacher, although translation may need to be arranged. The EU also provides funding to certain schools to attend events in other countries which serves to pay for the event and even provide scholarships in certain cases.
  • Online teacher training - this is available at a low cost to anyone who has internet access and also provides certification from ACSI. Courses are now offered in English and will be developed soon in other languages.
  • Articles, resources and membership - these provide access to the world-wide community of Christian schools with a strong commitment to quality Christ-centered education, prayer and support.

We would like to congratulate all the wonderful students who participated in our first ACSI Europe Art Show responding to the theme of "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.". We were very encouraged to receive over 60 art pieces from schools all across Europe — a remarkable debut for this new tradition.

Poetry Contest Winners 2026

Announcing our first ever ACSI Europe Poetry Contest winners... Students were invited to respond to the theme of "Oh how I love Your law" — drawn from Psalm 119:97 — expressing their faith in their own words, in their own language.

2026 school year in review - Thank You

As another school year comes to a close, we find ourselves pausing — as we should — to ask a question that matters more than any metric or milestone. What has God been doing through Christian schools in Europe this year?

The answer is larger than any one school, conference, country, or organization. It is a story told in classrooms and conference halls, in student testimonies and teacher conversations, in policy discussions at the European Parliament and around the graveside of a faithful servant.

Safeguarding the Human Person in the Time of Artificial Intelligence

There is a question running through every staffroom, every school board meeting, and every teacher's planning session right now, whether it is spoken aloud or not: What does faithfulness look like in the age of artificial intelligence?
