Course Description
In this 8-week journey, Christian school leaders will explore how to unite biblical truth with practical leadership. From shaping your own leadership style, to defining your school’s mission, to building strong systems for growth, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to lead a thriving community of learning and discipleship.

This course is available to anyone interested in the course content. You do not need to be a member of ACSI. We require a minimum of 10 participants to begin the course. Please contact us for more details or questions.
Participation requirements and costs:
- Time frame and requirements: 3-4 hours per week for 8 weeks (for English or Spanish speakers) which equals 24 class hours of instruction
- Introductory course fee: 40 Euro registration fee (payable by credit card) includes an electronic certificate of completion. This is a discounted fee only for ACSI member schools in 2026!
- The course fee includes digital versions of the reading materials and a digital certificate of completion.
Through Scripture-based teaching, case studies, and practical application, leaders will:

Our answer defines what we believe our profession is about and frames the way we teach and how our students learn. For Christian educators, our understanding of the purpose of education needs to be framed by a Biblical worldview.

The responses provided a valuable snapshot of the current reality in many European Christian schools.
